Currently, PhD candidate at the Chemistry Institute, UFRJ developing new iminosugar based compounds as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors in collaboration with University of Stavanger and University of Seville, and synthesizing new compounds with antitumor and anxiolytic properties from benzodiazepine derivatives."
